The Dorb (Dust/Orb) debate

Ooops. I took a picture that was not in focus. Wait, wait, what are all those teensy things, those specs?
THAT must be the 'dust' and air particles everyone says orbs are!
Okay, so we have a light pole and reflectors, an orange light on the neigborbor's house, the reflection off their license plate,
and air particles, but what is that above and to the left of the orange light?
