Kevin Hammon of Merced took this photo at Casa de Guadalajara, Taylor St, San Diego with his Iphone 5.
He did not see the cloudy area with his naked eye, but saw it on the phone the instant the photo was captured.
He showed the photo to the restaurant manager who stated two people had died in the establishment.
The water will turn on in the bar and odd noises can be heard late at night.
Kevin took three shots, the odd cloudy area appears in only one shot.
